The 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province is scheduled to take place on July 13 and 14.

On the afternoon of July 2, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held a press conference to provide information about the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, term 2024-2029. Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Thuy, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee chaired the press conference.

At the press conference, the leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee informed about the results of the Fatherland Front Congresses at the commune and district levels and the preparation work for the Provincial Fatherland Front Congress for the 2024-2029 term. Accordingly, by April 8, 2024, 558/558 communes, wards and towns had completed the congress for the 2024-2029 term. Based on the experience gained from the model congresses of the Fatherland Front at the district level, in February and March, the Fatherland Fronts of districts, towns and cities in the province focused on completing the Fatherland Front Congress at the district level in accordance with the requirements and plans set out, and by May 31, 27/27 units of Thanh Hoa province had completed the Fatherland Front Congress at the district level for the 2024-2029 term.

After the success of the grassroots and district congresses, the Fatherland Front Committees at the commune and district levels are currently focusing on building operating regulations, full-term programs, implementing resolutions, and organizing training for the Fatherland Front staff after the congresses.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, term 2024-2029, is expected to take place in 2 days, July 13 and 14, 2024 at Conference Center 25B (Thanh Hoa City), broadcast live on Thanh Hoa Radio and Television. 600 delegates are expected to attend the Congress.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requested departments, branches, sectors, and press agencies to continue to pay attention and closely coordinate with the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to strengthen propaganda work in many forms, build specialized pages, columns, and programs to strongly propagate the role and position of the Fatherland Front, emulation activities to welcome the Congress, the content and results of the Congress to the masses.
