Summary of the 2020 - 2025 term: Overcoming difficulties - Growth - Unity
During the last term, under the close and drastic leadership of the Party Committee, the Company has exceeded its production and business targets and continuously cared for and improved the material and spiritual life of its employees. Specifically:
- Revenue reached 4,968.7 billion VND, equal to 106.6% of the year plan.
- Pre-tax profit reached 317.5 billion VND, equal to 110.6% of the plan.
At the same time, the Party building work continues to be focused on. The Company's Party Committee has promoted the development of new Party members, paying special attention to Party development among the young masses and the offshore labor force. During the 2020-2025 term, the Company's Party Committee has admitted 19 new Party members, including 4 Party members working directly on FPSO/FSO floating warehouses - demonstrating the strong spread and development of the Party organization to all production fronts.
Orientation for the term 2025 - 2030: Innovation - Creativity - Sustainability
With the theme: "Promoting tradition - Strengthening solidarity - Innovation - Sustainable development", the 5th Party Congress of the Company determined the direction and goals for the new term with the spirit:
Maintain the Party's comprehensive leadership role in all activities of the Company.
- Innovate management thinking, improve production and business efficiency.

- Building a team of cadres and party members who are brave, professional and dedicated.
- Strengthen internal solidarity, promote the proactive and creative spirit of each individual and collective.
The Congress was a great success, demonstrating high unity of will and action within the entire Party Committee. This is a solid foundation for the Company's Party Committee to continue to develop, contributing positively to the overall growth of the Corporation and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Industry.

  At the Congress, the presentations focused on in-depth and practical exchanges on many important solutions, especially:
- Applying new technology and promoting digital transformation in production management.
- Developing maintenance and repair services for oil and gas projects.
- Invest in upgrading infrastructure and developing high-quality human resources.

- Strengthen the development of new party members, especially in the offshore workforce.
These contents have created a comprehensive picture of the development direction of the Company's Party Committee in the new context - both taking advantage of market opportunities and adapting to the industry's changing trends.
Goals for the 2025 – 2030 term: Acceleration – Innovation – Sustainable development
Following the success of the 4th Party Congress, the 5th Congress agreed to set out key tasks for the 2025-2030 term, including:
1. Production and business targets:
- Revenue: 7,587.43 billion VND.
- Profit before tax: 288 billion VND.
2. Building and affirming brand reputation:
- Striving to become the leading unit in Vietnam in the field of providing FPSO/FSO operation and maintenance services.
3. Expanding service market:
- Maintain and expand the field of maintenance and repair of oil and gas projects.
- Develop services related to renewable energy.
4. Promote digital transformation:
- By 2026, basically complete level 4 digital transformation - "advanced".
- Aiming to achieve a "leading" level in digital transformation of enterprises by 2030.
5. Ensuring safe production and sustainable development:
- Maintain absolutely safe production and business
- Closely link production and business activities with social security and national defense and security
6. Party building work:
- Build the Party Committee and its subordinate Party cells to successfully complete their annual tasks or more.
- Developed 15 new party members during the term.
With high consensus on goals, orientations and specific action solutions, the 5th Party Congress of the Company affirmed its determination to bring the Party Committee and all employees of the Company into a new stage of development - more dynamic, more effective and more sustainable.
Strengthening the organization and leadership role of the Party Committee in the new term
At the Congress, the delegates wisely selected and elected the Party Executive Committee of the Company for the 5th term, 2025 - 2030, including 09 comrades who are exemplary in political qualities, leadership capacity and high sense of responsibility.
At the same time, the Congress also elected the Delegation of Delegates to attend the 8th Congress of the Party Committee of the Corporation, including:
- 15 official delegates.
- 02 alternate delegates.
Immediately after the Congress ended, the Party Executive Committee of the Company for the 2025 - 2030 term held its first meeting to complete key positions and leadership bodies in the Party Committee, with the following results:
- Comrade Nguyen Quoc Hoang - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Corporation, Director of the Company was elected to hold the position of Party Secretary of the Company.
- Comrade Le Van Hien - Deputy Director of the Company was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
- The Congress also elected the Company Party Committee Inspection Committee, consisting of 03 comrades.

With the spirit of "Promoting tradition - Strengthening solidarity - Innovation - Sustainable development", the entire Party Committee and employees of PTSC Oil and Gas Exploitation Services Joint Stock Company are determined to be united, creative and make continuous efforts to successfully complete the goals set for the 2025 - 2030 term. Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Phan Thanh Tung - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation commended and highly appreciated the comprehensive results achieved by the Company's Party Committee in the 2020 - 2025 term. He affirmed that these achievements clearly demonstrate the Party's leadership role in all aspects of production and business activities, and are also a testament to the spirit of solidarity and persistent efforts of all Party members and employees of the Company. With a spirit of serious work, democracy and high responsibility, the 5th Congress of the Party Committee of PTSC Oil and Gas Exploitation Services Joint Stock Company, term 2025 - 2030, was successfully held. The Congress reached a high consensus on the contents of the report, directions and tasks for the new term, and elected an Executive Committee with enough virtue and talent to lead the Party Committee in the new development period.
