SHB launches Payment Speaker service, supporting customers to avoid transaction fraud

In order to support individual customers who are business owners and small traders to effectively manage revenue, prevent fraud and improve payment experience, Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) recently launched the Payment Speaker service - a device that supports voice notification of balance changes.

From now until December 31, 2025, the first 1,000 customers who open a new payment account and register for the SHB Payment Speaker service package earliest in the program "SHB Speaker Coming - Money Flowing" will immediately receive 68,000 VND. In addition, when there are at least 10 credit transactions via QR Code from at least 3 different accounts, each transaction value from 100,000 VND and maintain an average balance of 3,000,000 VND in the month of opening the account or the following month, customers will also receive an E-voucher worth 100,000 VND.

When registering for the SHB Payment Speaker service according to the 3-12 month packages, customers can receive an additional usage time of 1 to 4 months. In particular, the first 500 customers who commit to maintaining an average payment account balance that meets the program's conditions will immediately receive a 12-month trial package (including speakers, SIM cards, 12-month data fees) and will not be charged any additional fees. This is an attractive policy for business owners and small traders who can both use the smart transaction confirmation service and save on equipment rental and purchase costs.
