Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Hotel Executive Director shared: "From the beginning of 2025 until now, we have received many survey delegations from the provinces: Thanh Hoa, Hue, Quang Tri, Ninh Binh, Hanoi... This is an opportunity for us to approach and share with professional travel agents such as: representatives of local tourism associations; accommodation - service units; tour building experts; transportation companies... about products and services at the hotel. From there, improve service quality, connect new and suitable tours; increase recognition through communication channels".

According to Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, through direct surveys, the members of the delegation will give valuable suggestions on services, experiences... to help the hotel improve quality, expand its partner network, and create effective service packages. "Currently, Song Lam Waterfront always maintains and improves the 4-star standard according to the regulations of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; the customer satisfaction rate is over 90%; the average room occupancy rate is over 70%... Along with that, new service products such as: spa, cuisine , pickleball court, outdoor volleyball court... are used by many customers, contributing greatly to the hotel's revenue" - Mr. Tuan said.

Direct visits and experiences will help travel businesses grasp services and enhance cooperation.

Participating in the survey of tourist destinations in Ha Tinh on December 2-3, more than 40 members from Ninh Binh Tourism Association, travel agencies and media visited many famous places such as: Nguyen Du Memorial Site; Hai Thuong Cultural - Ecological Tourism Site; Dong Loc T-junction Historical Site... The trip was not only an opportunity for Ha Tinh to promote and connect but also contributed to expanding the Northern tourism market, forming new linked tours on the "Central Heritage Road".

Ms. Duong Thi Thanh - Chairwoman of Ninh Binh Province Tourism Association shared: "Ha Tinh is a land of talented people with a favorable geographical location and many unique cultural and historical works. The construction of a field survey program helps travel agencies grasp the tourism products and services of Ha Tinh; frankly give comments and share experiences so that accommodation and tourism spots in Ha Tinh can improve their quality and increase the ability to connect tours between the two provinces."

According to a report from the Ha Tinh Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion, on average, each year, Ha Tinh welcomes 3-5 delegations to conduct field surveys and assessments. The number of each delegation usually ranges from 35-45 people, including state management units, tourism enterprises, press and media agencies and especially travel agencies. The organization of welcoming survey delegations has shown clear effectiveness in promoting and promoting tourism, contributing to increasing the number of visitors to Ha Tinh.

On each survey trip, local travel businesses have the opportunity to learn and update new trends in tourism. Currently, Hello Trip is providing tours connecting Ha Tinh with more than 20 provinces/cities such as Quang Tri, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Ninh Binh... During peak months, businesses can connect and bring thousands of tourists to Ha Tinh."

Ha Tinh is expected to welcome nearly 5.9 million visitors in 2025.

It is estimated that in 2025, Ha Tinh tourism industry will welcome about 5,879,000 visitors, of which the number of overnight visitors will reach about 1,046,200 (an increase of 5% over the same period). Appreciating the role of field survey teams in the province's tourism industry, Mr. Nguyen Sy Chinh - Director of the Ha Tinh Center for Culture - Cinema and Tourism Promotion said: "In the coming time, we will continue to promote survey trips in association with tourism associations of other provinces; Famtrips for local businesses to visit tourism models, especially rural and ecological tourism; organize Presstrip teams (press, KOLs, KOCs) to survey standardized routes".

In order to effectively implement Resolution 98/NQ-HDND and promote Ha Tinh tourism on inter-regional tour routes, focusing on promoting the new "Central Heritage Road", the representative of the Provincial Center for Culture - Cinema and Tourism Promotion affirmed that they will advise on specific incentive mechanisms for travel businesses in neighboring provinces when committing to exploit the Ha Tinh route. At the same time, synthesize and transfer detailed comments to each destination and facility; promote digital communication on social networking platforms, gradually building Ha Tinh tourism industry to develop sustainably.
