Na Sam Commune Party Congress, term 2025

- On July 21 and 22, the Na Sam Commune Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Nguyen Hoang Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee attended and directed the congress.

Na Sam commune was established on the basis of merging Na Sam town and two communes: Hoang Viet and Bac Hung. Currently, the commune Party Committee has 62 grassroots party organizations and more than 1,400 party members.

Cultural program to welcome the congress

During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee and people of Na Sam commune have united, proactively overcome difficulties, and completed the targets set out in the resolution. Party building work has been strengthened, the political system has continued to consolidate; the economy has shifted in the right direction. The cultural and social fields have made much progress, social security programs have been implemented synchronously, and people's lives have been increasingly improved. National defense and security have been maintained, and social order and safety have been ensured.

Delegates speak and discuss at the congress

During the program, delegates discussed and voted to approve the report synthesizing comments on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Van Truong, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Na Sam Commune Party Committee spoke at the congress.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint the first-term Party Executive Committee of the commune consisting of 25 comrades, the Standing Committee consisting of 9 comrades; to appoint the Party Secretary and Deputy Party Secretary of the commune. Comrade Nguyen Van Truong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Na Sam commune Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, was appointed to continue holding the position of Secretary of the Na Sam commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the congress, the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements that the Party Committee and people of Na Sam commune have achieved in the past term.

He suggested that the Na Sam Commune Party Committee continue to improve the effectiveness of leadership and management, effectively implement the goals set out in the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress; promote the advantages of geographical location and convenient transportation system for economic development; pay attention to socio-cultural development; promote the application of information technology and digital transformation; strengthen the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; ensure national defense, security, maintain social order and safety...

The new Executive Committee of the Na Sam Commune Party Committee was introduced to the congress.

The Congress voted to pass the Resolution for the 2025 - 2030 term with the main targets: striving to collect an annual budget exceeding 10% or more compared to the target assigned by the province; forest coverage rate by 2030 reaching 66.81%, afforestation reaching 30 hectares/year or more; the rate of people participating in health insurance reaching 96%; average income per capita reaching 70 million VND/year, by 2030 there will be basically no poor households...
