Head of the Department of Culture and Society of Dai Loc Commune People's Committee Ho Tan Phung shared that, inheriting the school facilities as well as the quality of teaching and learning in the locality before, up to now, in the commune, 15/17 schools have been recognized as meeting national standards level 2 and achieving level 3 education quality accreditation.
In particular, Doan Nghien Primary School (formerly Dai Nghia commune) has achieved national standards level 2 and educational quality assessment level 3 for 5 years now, but due to the influence of administrative unit arrangement, the documents have not been completed for re-inspection and recognition.
The Board of Directors of Doan Nghien Primary School said that the school has prepared all the required documents and will submit them to the People's Committee of Dai Loc Commune for inspection and approval immediately after the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Dai Loc Commune (term 2025 - 2030). After that, the school will complete the final procedural documents before submitting them to the City Department of Education and Training for inspection and consideration for re-recognition.
At Dai Hiep Kindergarten, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuong, the school's principal, said that the school achieved national standard level 1 after 5 years. The school has not been inspected and recognized as meeting national standard level 2, because its facilities still lack a kitchen, a hall, 5 working rooms, and a separate teacher's restroom. The school has proposed that the People's Committee of Dai Loc commune pay attention to investing in construction in the coming time.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhang, Vice Chairwoman of Dai Loc Commune People's Committee, said that in the coming time, the locality will prioritize further investment in education and training. In the immediate future, it will ensure conditions for organizing 2 sessions/day for secondary school students in early 2026.
The commune continues to invest in facilities and equipment for teaching and learning; maintains the construction of schools that meet national standards, and assesses the quality of education. Schools that have met level 2 standards will try to maintain the standards, and those that have not met the standards will develop specific plans to reach the finish line.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Dai Loc commune will encourage the development of non-public education; strengthen activities to encourage learning and talent, build a learning society, and lifelong learning citizens. At the same time, standardize the team of teachers, managers, and comprehensive education quality associated with political education, ideology, ethics, personality, lifestyle, life skills, creativity, and social responsibility for students.
