According to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense , Colonel Truong Thanh Phong, Commander of the Military Command of Tra Vinh province, was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 9; Colonel Phan Minh Hung, Deputy Division Commander of the 330th Infantry Division, Military Region 9, was appointed to the position of Commander of the Military Command of Tra Vinh province.
