The 2024 contest to learn about the law on ethnic affairs in Dak Lak province will take place on November 12 and 13 at the provincial cultural center. In line with Plan No. 126/KH-UBND, dated July 4, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing the Contest to learn about the law on ethnic affairs in Dak Lak province in 2024, districts, towns and cities in the province have successfully organized the Contest and left many good impressions on the Jury and viewers.

Accordingly, the whole Dak Lak province has 137/184 communes, wards and towns sending teams to participate in the District-level Law Competition on Ethnic Affairs with a total of 137 teams and 1,422 contestants. By the end of April 29, districts, towns and cities in Dak Lak province had completed organizing the Competition.

In the 4 main competition sections: self-introduction; multiple choice; situation handling; skit, the teams skillfully incorporated the traditional cultural identity of each locality into the competition, creating the cultural colors of diverse ethnic groups on stage. From policies and dry legal documents, they were transformed into attractive artistic performances.

In addition to the main competitions in which the teams compete, the District Competition also includes performances, questions and exchanges with the audience with legal content directly related to the lives of ethnic minorities that are appropriate and practical, creating a lively and attractive atmosphere.

The teams and contestants are all aware of the importance of the Competition, have participated enthusiastically, seriously, with investment, careful preparation, and thoroughness demonstrated through each competition.

The contest has contributed to raising awareness, educating the consciousness of respecting, complying with and abiding by the law and ethnic policies of the people in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, promptly removing obstacles in law enforcement at the grassroots level.

The teams participating in the District Competition all prepared their competitions carefully and meticulously.

Participating in the 2024 Dak Lak Province Ethnic Affairs Law Competition are 15 teams representing 15 districts, towns and cities, with 222 contestants. The competition is organized in the form of dramatization, including 4 parts: Greeting; Multiple choice; Situational; and Short.

The content of the Association is to learn about legal regulations on ethnic minorities and ethnic affairs, focusing on the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030, phase I: from 2021 to 2025 (National Target Program 1719) and legal regulations directly related to the lives of ethnic minorities.

Preparing to participate in the Provincial Competition, the Cu Kuin District Competition Team selected 15 members from the teams with excellent performances at the District Competition, then divided them into groups to practice: Ea Krur Commune practiced the greeting and multiple choice sections, Ea Bhok Commune reviewed the situation handling section, and Dray Bhang Commune practiced the skit section.

Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department of Cu Kuin District, Vo Ngoc Phuong, shared: In order to create favorable conditions during the practice time, we divided each group into groups in charge of each part of the competition. The groups practiced outside of office hours, on weekday evenings. In addition, group members regularly exchanged legal knowledge in each part of the competition to ensure rich content, close to reality. Up to now, the groups have practiced basically, ready to participate in the Competition.
