Dak Lak has 6 individuals honored as "Advanced Youth following Uncle Ho's teachings" nationwide.

They are: Dr. Truong Van Thuy (Lecturer at Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy); Mr. Phan Manh Tien (Secretary of the Youth Union, Head of English Department at Cao Nguyen Practical High School); Mr. Tran Tien (Specialist, Provincial Social Insurance); Ms. Nguyen Thuy Trang (Secretary of the Youth Union of Ea Tam Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City) and 2 students of Tay Nguyen University: Chuong Dinh Phuc (English Pedagogy class K23), Huynh Thi Huyen Tran (student of General Medicine class K21C).

These are all cadres, union members, and young people with outstanding achievements, works, inventions, and initiatives in the fields they are studying, working, and working in; the most typical representatives of the youth collective in localities and units; actively participating in social activities and work; having prestige and good influence among union members and young people; recognized by the Party Committee, leaders of agencies, units, and society and have achieved the title of "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" at the provincial level for the period 2023 - 2025.

The title “Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho’s Teachings” is awarded by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union every 5 years to honor young people who have excelled in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, who have been dedicating themselves day and night to their homeland and country with their youth, enthusiasm, intelligence and ambition; contributing to the spread of beautiful examples among young people.
