On the morning of July 15, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province organized the program "Digital Dak Lak" and launched the movement "Digital Education for All". The program is an important event demonstrating the high political determination of the whole province in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; at the same time, starting a journey of faster and more sustainable development of Dak Lak province.
The program was organized in person at the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee hall and online to 102 communes and wards across the province.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the program, Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Ho Thi Nguyen Thao emphasized: The organization, launch and widespread implementation of the "Digital Education for All" movement aims to popularize basic knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills for people; all people are equipped with the necessary digital knowledge and skills to apply in daily life to grasp, utilize, exploit and enjoy the achievements of science , technology, innovation and digital transformation.
Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the role and responsibility of all levels, sectors, agencies, units, and organizations, especially the heads of Party committees, authorities, and socio-political organizations in leading and directing the implementation of the "Popular Education" movement; at the same time, accelerate the digital transformation process of the province's agencies and units.

Officials and party members are pioneers and exemplary in implementing the movement, contributing to spreading the spirit of self-study, self-improvement of knowledge and digital skills, turning the process of learning, training, improving and applying digital knowledge into the personal needs of each citizen.
At the program, the leaders officially pressed the button to start the construction of the project "Building digital transformation infrastructure in Dak Lak province in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030". This is a key digital infrastructure project, creating a fundamental, synchronous, and long-term foundation for the journey of developing digital government, digital economy, digital society, and digital citizens.
This project is one of the works to welcome the Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
In particular, at the program, the Provincial Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development launched a 100-day peak period to implement the "Digital Literacy for All" movement, deployed to every village, hamlet and neighborhood, aiming to popularize digital knowledge and digital skills for people, so that everyone can grasp, exploit and enjoy the achievements that science, technology, innovation and digital transformation bring.
The program will take place over 100 days, from July 15 to October 25, 2025, with a system of 10 main goals and targets to be achieved in digital transformation and the implementation of digital literacy at the local level. This system of goals and targets is built in an "open" and "dynamic" direction, and is regularly reviewed, supplemented, updated, and adjusted after each stage, ensuring that it is suitable for the reality and implementation capacity of Dak Lak province.

Speaking at the program launch, Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Do Huu Huy, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation, requested all levels, sectors, agencies, units and localities to closely follow the main targets and tasks of the 100 peak days, and deploy them resolutely, synchronously and effectively to ensure the successful implementation of the "Digital Education for All" movement in the province.
At the same time, he affirmed that “Digital literacy is not just a learning journey - it is a journey to explore potential, expand opportunities and cultivate internal strength for each Dak Lak citizen. Digital knowledge is the key to the future - the strength of the people, the foundation of a rich, civilized, unique and happy Dak Lak”.
At the program, representatives of the Department of Science and Technology, Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union, VNPT Dak Lak and Viettel Dak Lak signed a commitment to respond to the movement.

Delegates also visited the technology exhibition area of VNPT Dak Lak, Viettel Dak Lak, experienced the reality of digital platforms, AI applications supporting officials, civil servants and people in looking up regulations and processes related to decentralization, delegation of authority and AI supporting officials and people in performing public administrative procedures.
