Dak Nong seeks opinions on awarding "Glorious Youth Volunteer Medal" to 4 individuals

The Department of Home Affairs of Dak Nong province has just issued Official Dispatch No. 533/SNV-BTĐKT on soliciting opinions on the proposal to award the "Glorious Youth Volunteer Medal" to 4 individuals currently living...

The four individuals include Ms. Tran Thi The, Nguyen Thi La, Nguyen Thi Cao and Mr. Hoang Van Nhuan, all living in residential group 3, Nghia Duc ward, Gia Nghia city.

Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation stipulates: "The competent authority proposing to consider awarding medals and honorary titles of the State is responsible for publicizing the list of individuals and collectives on the provincial media".

Therefore, to ensure that the commendation records are in accordance with regulations, the Department of Home Affairs (Standing Agency of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council) requests that media agencies publish information to solicit public opinions on the proposal to award the "Glorious Youth Volunteer Medal" to the above 4 individuals. The time for collecting opinions is 10 working days (from May 8 to May 21, 2025).
