Leaders of Phu Loc District Military Command visit and give gifts to people on holidays and Tet

From 2021 to present, the Phu Loc District Military Command has conducted 3 field trips to do mass mobilization work, helping the people of Phuc Loc village (Xuan Loc commune, Phu Loc district) build new rural areas. In each trip to the village, officers and soldiers mobilized many resources and allocated the unit's budget to buy hundreds of gifts to visit and give to poor people and students at schools; helped disadvantaged families build septic tanks, coordinated with the Youth Union and Women's Union to collect waste, clean up the environment of village roads and alleys... The model of "Lighting up the countryside roads" with a lighting line of more than 3km long, which the unit allocated 60 million VND to give to the people of Phuc Loc village, has left an impression on the people here.

Ms. Ho Thi Cuc, a resident of Phuc Loc village, Xuan Loc commune, said: "Since the soldiers brought in electricity, the village has become much more lively. The villagers, especially the children in the village, have a place to play in the evening."

Imbued with the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh, "If you do mass mobilization skillfully, everything will be successful", the Party Committee and Military Command of Phu Loc district have focused on leadership and direction with many policies, measures and good practices; focused on building and developing models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" to gradually improve the quality of emulation movements, contributing to maintaining political stability and building an increasingly solid "people's hearts and minds position".

In the period of 2021-2025, the Party Committee and Military Command of Phu Loc district directly supported 18 households to build gardens to build new rural areas; coordinated to support the construction and repair of nearly 50 houses of love and gratitude; presented 250 gifts, 80 savings books, many gifts to policy families, poor households, poor students who overcome difficulties and study well; adopted 5 students with difficult circumstances... worth over 360 million VND. At the same time, mobilized forces, means, and provided financial support to help localities expand and build nearly 1.2km long inter-village concrete roads; helped build and repair schools in disadvantaged localities; cleared bushes, cleaned inter-village and inter-commune roads; dredged intra-field canals, collected garbage, cleaned up 6 community activity houses with hundreds of working days...

Lieutenant Colonel Dang Thanh Sang, Political Commissar of Phu Loc District Military Command, said: The models and activities of mass mobilization work in recent times have been closely and effectively led and directed by the Party Committee and the District Military Command. We focus on deploying mass mobilization models in mountainous areas and ethnic minority areas and carrying out tasks that are close to the needs and aspirations of the locality and the people.
