Leaders of the Phu Loc District Military Command visited and presented gifts to local people during holidays and festivals.

From 2021 to the present, the Phu Loc District Military Command has conducted three field trips to carry out civilian outreach work, helping the people of Phuc Loc village (Xuan Loc commune, Phu Loc district) build new rural areas. During each trip to the village, officers and soldiers mobilized various resources and allocated unit funds to purchase hundreds of gifts to visit and present to poor people and students at schools; helped disadvantaged families build septic toilets; and coordinated with the youth union and women's association to collect waste and clean up the environment in the village and alleys. The "Lighting Up the Countryside" model, with a street lighting system over 3km long, funded by the unit with 60 million VND, has left a lasting impression on the local people.

Ms. Ho Thi Cuc, a resident of Phuc Loc village, Xuan Loc commune, said: "Since the soldiers brought electricity to the village, it has become much livelier. The people, especially the children, now have a place to play in the evenings."

Mr. Ho Van Yen, Party Secretary and Head of Phuc Loc village, shared: "Thanks to the attention, support, and assistance from the Phu Loc District Military Command, the villagers are very happy, and their lives are improving day by day thanks to this practical support. We are very grateful and appreciative of the Phu Loc District Military Command."

Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teaching, "Skillful mass mobilization leads to success in everything," the Party Committee and the Military Command of Phu Loc district have focused on leadership and guidance with many effective policies, measures, and methods; concentrating on building and developing "skillful mass mobilization" models to gradually improve the quality of the emulation movement, contributing to maintaining political stability and building an increasingly solid "people's support base."

During the period 2021-2025, the Party Committee and the Military Command of Phu Loc district directly supported 18 households in gardening for new rural development; coordinated support for the construction and repair of nearly 50 houses of compassion and gratitude; presented 250 gifts, 80 savings books, and many other gifts to policy beneficiary families, poor households, and poor students who excelled in their studies; and sponsored 5 disadvantaged students… worth over 360 million VND. At the same time, they mobilized forces, equipment, and financial support to help localities expand and build nearly 1.2km of inter-village concrete roads; helped build and repair schools in disadvantaged areas; cleared bushes and cleaned inter-village and inter-commune roads; dredged irrigation canals, collected waste, and cleaned 6 community centers with hundreds of man-days of labor...

Lieutenant Colonel Dang Thanh Sang, Political Commissar of the Phu Loc District Military Command, said: "The models and activities of mass mobilization work in the past period have been closely and effectively led and directed by the District Party Committee and Military Command. We focus on deploying mass mobilization models in mountainous areas and ethnic minority regions, and carrying out tasks that closely match the needs and aspirations of the locality and the people."
