The Political Report at the Congress affirmed that, during the past term, the Party Committee of the Department of Judgment Enforcement has regularly grasped the situation, thoroughly grasped the Party's directives, resolutions, and regulations; legal documents on civil judgment enforcement, directives, and orders on military and defense work. It has proactively and effectively coordinated with functional agencies inside and outside the Army to research, advise, and propose to the Ministry of National Defense on State management in the field of civil judgment enforcement. Accordingly, along with advising on the promulgation of legal documents; directing the resolution of difficult and complicated judgment enforcement cases... it has well performed the function of managing, guiding, and inspecting the work of civil judgment enforcement for the Judgment Enforcement Departments at the military region level.

The work of management, training, policies, fostering and training of cadres and Party members has been regularly focused on, meeting the requirements of the task. In order to successfully and excellently fulfill its tasks in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Department of Judgment Enforcement needs to focus on leading and implementing well the work of advising and proposing to the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to carry out state management of civil judgment enforcement, advising on the construction and completion of institutions and organizations of civil judgment enforcement in the Army; strengthening the work of management and forecasting the situation; promptly directing and guiding the settlement of difficult and complicated judgment enforcement cases.

In addition, continue to thoroughly grasp and implement policies on Party building and rectification, especially Resolutions of the 12th and 13th Central Committees, regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, regulations on what party members are not allowed to do; resolutely fight to prevent and repel signs of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the Party. Strictly implement regulations on preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity. Continue to improve the comprehensive leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels.
