Last month, US government officials added North Korea and Burkina Faso to the list of countries that Americans are advised not to visit.
The US State Department has four levels of travel advice: take normal precautions, take extra precautions, reconsider travel, and do not travel, according to the New York Post .
North Korea and Burkina Faso have been upgraded to Level 4, the highest level in the US State Department 's four-tier safety rating system, and travelers are advised to avoid travel to avoid trouble.
