(QBĐT) - For many years, many grassroots associations and branches, such as: Elderly, Veterans, Farmers, Women, Youth Union in the province have had the initiative to ask the People's Committee at the commune level to temporarily borrow some "idle" land areas to plant forests to raise funds.
