Reorganize public service units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as follows:

1. Merge Co Loa Studio and the Cinema Technical Center into the Vietnam Sports and Tourism Cinema Center and rename the Vietnam Sports and Tourism Cinema Center to the Vietnam Cultural, Sports and Tourism Cinema Center, to be completed before August 1, 2025.

2. Merge the Vietnam Reformed Theatre, Vietnam Cheo Theatre, and Vietnam Tuong Theatre into the Vietnam National Traditional Theatre, to be completed before August 1, 2025.

3. Merge the Viet Bac Folk Music, Dance and Singing Theatre into the Vietnam Music, Dance and Singing Theatre and rename the Vietnam Music, Dance and Singing Theatre to the Vietnam National Music, Dance and Singing Theatre, to be completed before August 1, 2025.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 527/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2018 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism is responsible for reviewing and implementing the arrangement of affiliated public service units to ensure organizational streamlining, promote financial autonomy, and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency according to the public service unit arrangement plan approved by competent authorities and current regulations.
