11 projects in Khanh Hoa province included in the Government Inspectorate's Inspection Conclusion have issued mechanisms to remove difficulties and obstacles.
In the Resolution of the National Assembly on promulgating specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments in localities, Khanh Hoa province has 11 projects that have been removed.
Resolution of the National Assembly issued to handle the continued use of land, determination of land prices, calculation of land use fees and land rents for 11 projects in Khanh Hoa province in Inspection Conclusion No. 250/KL-TTCP dated September 11, 2020 of the Government Inspectorate.
Of which, 5 projects were allocated land and leased land by Khanh Hoa province without auctioning land use rights.
Specific projects include Luna Commercial Service Complex, Hotel, Tourist Apartment and Office for Lease (18 Tran Hung Dao Street, Nha Trang City); The Horizon Nha Trang Hotel Project (102 Duong Hien Quyen Street, Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City).
There are also the Hoang Phu luxury housing project in Nha Trang city (Vinh Hoa ward, Nha Trang city); Thien Trieu complex project (Bai Duong, Vinh Phuoc ward, Nha Trang city); Cattiger high-rise building, office, hotel project (12 Le Thanh Ton street, Phuoc Tien ward, Nha Trang city).

According to the Resolution of the National Assembly, investors are allowed to continue using land to implement projects in cases where, after review, at the time of applying this Resolution, the project fully meets the following conditions: is consistent with the land use planning or urban planning approved in accordance with the provisions of law; does not violate the national defense land use planning, security land use planning, and the investor meets the capacity and conditions to implement the project in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws.
Khanh Hoa province reviews the determination of land prices for the prescribed projects, fully collects and pays the project's financial obligations to the state budget. In case of land allocation and land lease before July 1, 2014, the determination of land prices shall be applied similarly to the projects in Da Nang city as prescribed in Article 7 of this Resolution. In case of land allocation and land lease from July 1, 2014, the determination of land prices shall be implemented as prescribed in Point c, Clause 2, Article 257 of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15.
Investors who continue to implement the project must fully perform their obligations in accordance with the provisions of law after re-determining land prices and calculating financial obligations...

Specific projects: The Arena Project of Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company (Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area, Cam Nghia Ward, Cam Ranh City); Cam Ranh Yacht Club and Resort Project (Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area, Cam Nghia Ward); Evason Ana Mandara Cam Ranh & Spa Project (Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area, Cam Hai Dong Commune, Cam Lam District).
There are also the Saigon - Cam Ranh tourist area project in the North Cam Ranh peninsula tourist area (Cam Hai Dong commune, Cam Lam district); Eurowindow Nha Trang high-class eco-tourism and resort project (North Cam Ranh peninsula tourist area, Cam Hai Dong commune, Cam Lam district); Muong Thanh Nha Trang high-class apartment hotel complex project (No. 60 Tran Phu street, Nha Trang city).
The National Assembly Resolution requires Khanh Hoa province to review and resolve according to regulations.
