Today (June 1), candidates took the literature and math (common) exams for grade 10 at the High School for Gifted Students in Natural Sciences , under the Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
This morning, candidates took the general literature test, and in the afternoon, they took the math test.
Below are the answers to the math exam (general) for grade 10, High School for Natural Sciences in 2025.

This year, the total number of candidates registering for the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2024-2025 school year at the High School for Gifted Students in Natural Sciences, under the Vietnam National University, Hanoi is 2,778 candidates, with a total of 3,069 applications.
The number of applications is higher than the number of records because the school allows each candidate to register for 2 specialized subjects.
The school's enrollment target this year is 525, an increase of 75 targets compared to 2023.
The competition ratio for the school's 5 specialized subjects is as follows: specialized math 1/7, specialized computer science 1/6.3, specialized physics 1/5.8, specialized chemistry 1/6.6, specialized biology 1/3.5.
In each specialized subject, the school reserves 10% of the quota for direct admission of students with exceptionally excellent achievements.
The school will organize the exam on June 2-3. On June 2, candidates will take the literature exam (morning) and the general math exam (afternoon).
On June 3, candidates registering for math, computer science and biology majors will take the morning exam; candidates registering for physics and chemistry majors will take the afternoon exam.
Exam results will be announced before June 25.
