Previously, at 6:53 p.m. on November 27, the Provincial Police Command Information Center received a report of a fire at Dai Phat Joint Stock Company (Tien Son Industrial Park, Tu Son Ward).
Immediately after receiving the news, the Provincial Police Command Information Center mobilized 17 fire trucks and 110 officers and soldiers; mobilized 10 fire trucks from specialized fire fighting teams of industrial parks in the area, and 2 excavators to participate in fire fighting and rescue.
Upon arriving at the scene, authorities conducted a reconnaissance of the area and determined that no one was trapped in the fire.
The fire broke out in the shipping area, with an area of about 300 square meters, then spread to the factory and warehouse with a total area of about 4,500 square meters.
By 9:30 p.m., the fire was under control, preventing it from spreading to surrounding areas.
Because the fire was mainly cotton, diapers, paper, and plastic, the smoldering fire made firefighting difficult. Currently, the forces are continuing to put out the flames.
