Tan Thanh Ward is a Class 1 ward of Tam Ky City. Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Thanh Ward, stated that over the past five years (2019-2024), the ward's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has continuously strengthened its organization and innovated its content and methods of operation. The ward's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has coordinated and organized many movements that are closely aligned with the local situation.

Over the past five years, the Ward Front has mobilized more than 260 million VND for the Fund for the Poor; and received more than 125 million VND to support disaster relief efforts.

Through fundraising efforts, the Fatherland Front supported the repair and construction of 8 solidarity houses using funds from the ward's fund for the poor. In addition, they provided assistance for repairing houses damaged by natural disasters, supplying means of production, medical care, and support for disadvantaged students…

Thanks to the contributions of the Fatherland Front, poverty was completely eradicated in the ward from 2020, and by 2022, there were no longer any near-poor households.

To date, Tan Thanh ward has had 14 streets recognized by higher authorities as meeting urban civilization standards. This achievement is the result of the joint efforts of the Fatherland Front and its member organizations.

According to the report, over the past five years, residents of the neighborhoods have voluntarily contributed 750 man-days of labor, donated 300 meters of road, installed streetlights along more than 1,600 meters, and renovated the entrance gates of residential areas...

Tan Thanh ward has many religious establishments, with approximately 1,042 followers of Buddhism, Protestantism, Catholicism, Cao Dai, and the Brhai faith.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward has promoted the implementation of "equality, solidarity, mutual assistance, and helping each other to develop together"; and "living a good life and upholding moral values" among religious communities.

For example, they collaborated with Buu Duc Pagoda to launch the "Religion Joins Hands to Protect the Environment" model, mobilized religious groups to provide gifts to disadvantaged households in the area; and persuaded the Cao Dai religion to donate 200 ^{square meters} of land to expand the sidewalk on Trung Nu Vuong Street...

With the motto "Unity - Democracy - Responsibility - Development," the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tan Thanh Ward (term 2024-2029), which was recently held, was a great success.
