The delegation from Lam Dong province attending the congress consists of 28 exemplary delegates representing the great national unity bloc in the province. Among them, 8 delegates are members of the 10th Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and 20 delegates were elected through consultation at the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province, term 2025-2030.

Ms. Pham Thi Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province: Expectations for the congress to create strong momentum for innovation in the work of the Fatherland Front.
The 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is not only an opportunity to evaluate the results of the Front's work in the past term, but also to reaffirm the core role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in building and consolidating the great national unity, and strengthening the close relationship between the Party, the State, and the people. Attending this congress, the Lam Dong Provincial Delegation will demonstrate the highest level of responsibility, solidarity, democracy, and wisdom; actively participate in discussions, contribute many heartfelt opinions, and reflect the voices, thoughts, and aspirations of the local people, contributing to the overall success of the congress.

For Lam Dong province after the merger, with its larger development space, larger population, and diverse cultures of various ethnic groups living together, this presents both opportunities and advantages for rapid and sustainable development, while also placing higher demands on the work of mobilizing and uniting the people and promoting the strength of national unity. The locality has identified caring for the people's lives and achieving sustainable poverty reduction, especially for people in remote areas and ethnic minority communities, as a central task. When the material and spiritual lives of the people are improved, and their trust in the Party and the State continues to be strengthened, the national unity will become even more solid.
Attending the congress also provided an opportunity for the Lam Dong Provincial Delegation to learn from good experiences and effective models from localities across the country; and at the same time, to absorb new policies and viewpoints from the Central Government to apply flexibly and creatively to practical work in the locality.
Father Hoang Van Chinh - Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee: Solidarity is the foundation for sustainable development.
In any stage of development, social consensus always plays a fundamental role. Social stability, a spirit of solidarity among communities, and unity among the people are crucial conditions for sustainable national development.

For many years, Catholic communities have actively participated in local movements, from building cultural life and protecting the environment to social welfare activities. The spirit of "living a good life and upholding moral values" is clearly demonstrated through their responsibility to contribute to the community's development and maintain stability at the grassroots level. Community life today is no longer limited to individual religions or groups, but must be considered within the overall context of the nation. Therefore, every citizen has a responsibility to contribute to the country's overall development through actions appropriate to their role.
I expect this congress to continue to play its role in uniting and consolidating consensus among the people and spreading the spirit of responsibility for the community; thereby creating more motivation for all strata of the people to work together to build a stable, developed, and humane society.
Mr. Mang Van Linh - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phan Son Commune: Voices from the grassroots need to continue to be listened to.
Attending the Congress is both a personal honor and an opportunity for the voice from the locality to be conveyed to the great forum of national unity. Having been involved in Front work for many years, I see that grassroots activities require cadres to constantly stay close to the people, understand the situation thoroughly, and promptly report emerging issues in the community. Therefore, this is an opportunity for grassroots Front cadres to learn more from other localities. I hope that after the Congress, there will be more specific and practical directions to make Front work at the grassroots level more convenient and effective.

A major concern for many organizations today is staffing and human resources. In many places, the number of staff is still insufficient compared to the actual workload. When personnel are limited, grassroots officials have to take on multiple responsibilities, affecting the progress of activities. Meanwhile, the Fatherland Front is a force that regularly interacts with the people, participating in mobilization, creating consensus, and coordinating the resolution of emerging issues at the local level. If more attention is paid to human resources, the implementation of movements and activities to mobilize the people will be more effective and convenient.
Artisan K'Brèm - Bao Lam 1 Cultural, Information and Sports Center: Preserving cultural identity to foster unity and solidarity.
I feel a strong sense of responsibility representing the voice of the ethnic minority people of Lam Dong province at this major forum of national unity. Lam Dong is a land rich in cultural identity, with a diversity of ethnic groups, customs, languages, folk songs, folk dances, and traditional living spaces. This diversity creates the unique character of this highland region. In my opinion, the most important thing in the development process is to maintain the spirit of unity among the communities. Each ethnic group has its own culture, but the people always unite and develop together. I think this is a very valuable asset of Lam Dong province. The close ties between ethnic groups and communities are also the foundation for more stable and sustainable local development.

I expect the congress to continue to strongly spread the spirit of solidarity among ethnic groups, awaken pride in cultural identity, and create more motivation for communities to work together to build an increasingly prosperous homeland.
Ms. Dang Thi Lynh Trang - President of the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, Vice President of the Provincial Business Association: Spreading social responsibility within the business community.
I expect the congress to continue proposing many practical solutions to enhance the bridging role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front between the Party, the State, businesses, and the people; creating conditions for the business community to participate more deeply in socio-economic development programs and charitable activities for the community. For Lam Dong province, the business community hopes to continue receiving the support of all levels and sectors in improving the investment environment, removing difficulties related to mechanisms, policies, infrastructure, and human resources. In particular, female entrepreneurs hope for more opportunities to connect, receive support for digital transformation, improve management capacity, and achieve sustainable development in an increasingly competitive environment.

As an organization connecting the community of female entrepreneurs, the Lam Dong Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association is committed to continuing to work alongside the government and the business community; strengthening connections and supporting members' sustainable development; promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation; and building a community of strong, humane, and responsible female entrepreneurs.
