Imprint of 50 projects and works creating new momentum for Quang Ninh on National Day

These projects span many fields, from transport infrastructure, industry, trade, services, urban areas, social housing to education and health.

These are projects of strategic significance, creating strong growth momentum, ensuring social security and improving people's lives. The Ha Rang mine expansion underground mining project has a mining capacity of 900,000 tons of raw coal/year. This is a level II underground coal mining industrial project.

The newly invested Trong Diem Secondary School in Ha Long ward has an area of over 1.5 hectares, a scale of 45 classrooms with a total investment of 160 billion VND, meeting the learning needs of 2,000 students.

Comrade Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the inauguration of the social housing project in the Bank Hill Residential Area in Ha Long Ward and Ha Lam Ward.

The Social Housing Project in the Bank Hill Residential Area is the first social housing project in the province, invested and built on an area of 25,900m2, meeting the housing needs of about 4,000 people.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Cong attended the inauguration of the factory producing speakers, headphones and smart electronic devices at Dong Mai Industrial Park.

Also on the morning of August 19, Quang Ha Secondary School Project was inaugurated.

Quang Ha Secondary School has a large total construction area, including many main items: 4-storey theoretical building, with 30 modern classrooms, fully equipped with teaching equipment; 2 subject building blocks, each block has 4 floors, serving specialized subjects such as Information Technology, Foreign Languages, Natural Sciences, Music, Fine Arts...

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the Social Housing Project for workers in Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park was also started. The project has a total investment of 638 billion VND; the construction scale is 6 apartment buildings with 6 floors with about 700 apartments, expected to meet the housing needs of about 1,500 people.

The Bai Chay Hospital Construction and Expansion Investment Project has a total investment of 210 billion VND, including many items, including the construction of a new 10-storey treatment building, adding synchronous, modern technical equipment, on par with the region. After completion, the hospital will be supplemented with 100 more beds, a modern testing system, and synchronous infrastructure.

Quang Hanh Golf Course Project has an area of about 100 hectares, with a total investment of more than 886 billion VND (equivalent to about 35 million USD). The project includes a 21-hole golf course, a clubhouse, staff housing, and many other parks and amenities.

Also this morning, Deo Nai - Coc Sau Coal Joint Stock Company (TKV) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Coc Sau - Deo Nai mining cluster project.

The Coc Sau - Deo Nai mining cluster project is a group B project, a grade II industrial project, with a total land use area of over 17km2, located in Cam Pha, Cua Ong and Mong Duong wards. The total investment of the project is over 2,000 billion VND.

Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project to invest in building collective housing for underground workers. The project has a total investment of nearly 300 billion VND, a scale of nearly 5,500 m², a modern design including 1 basement, 11 floors with 389 closed rooms, 4 common living areas ensuring full essential living facilities.

The Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Region II coordinated with the People's Committee of Ba Che Commune and the People's Committee of Ky Thuong Commune to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the renovation and upgrading of Provincial Road 330 (section from Ba Che Commune to Provincial Road 342).

Uong Bi Coal Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tan Yen underground mining project - Dong Trang Bach mine with an area of about 27.33 hectares and a capacity of 450,000 tons/year.

Nam Mau Coal Company - TKV organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the Nam Mau Coal Screening Plant Investment Project with a screening capacity of 2.5 million tons of raw coal/year, with a total investment value of 1,019 billion VND.

Also on August 19, Quang Ninh province granted investment decisions to 22 non-budget capital projects with a total investment of more than VND 110,800 billion in the fields of coal industry; services, trade; urban areas, social housing and other fields...
