Investing more than 32 billion VND to build 3 cultural houses in Chi Lang commune

BAC NINH - In order to promptly complete the works within the scope of influence of the Ring Road 4 project - Hanoi Capital Region (section through Bac Ninh province), Que Vo Construction Project Management Board (Bac Ninh Province Civil and Urban Development Project Management Board No. 2) has just started construction of 3 cultural houses in Chi Lang commune. The project has a total investment of more than 32 billion VND, and is scheduled to be completed in August 2026.

According to the approval decision, the construction site of 3 cultural houses is in the villages: Yen Gia, Thuy, Mao. The scale of each cultural house includes 300 seats, 2 floors (the hall space is open). Of which, the first floor has a construction floor area of ​​about 670 - 775 m2; the second floor has a construction floor area of ​​275 - 315 m2 with functional rooms. The project is invested in synchronous equipment for the stage area, outdoor infrastructure (playground, parking lot, trees...) to meet the meeting, cultural - artistic, sports and community activities of the people in the village.
