Previously, Phan Huy Ich Street in Residential Group 1 was a dirt road, narrow and difficult to navigate. To expand the road and make it easier for people to travel, at the end of 2024, residents of Residential Group 1 held a meeting to donate land for road construction. Cadres and party members of Residential Group 1 mobilized households along the road to not only voluntarily dismantle gates, solid fences, and many types of structures, trees, and crops, but also contributed more than 146 million VND to rent machinery to clear the land and buy materials to build the road. Up to now, the road has been concreted, spacious, and clean.

In the two villages of Dlung 1A and Dlung 1B, for many years, with the investment capital from the State, the people along the roads have unanimously donated land, the urban appearance of the two villages has improved a lot, the roads have been widened, concreted, spacious and clean. As one of the many typical households in Dlung 1A village, Mr. Y Blo Bkrong's family demolished the fence, car garage and donated 170 square meters of residential land to hand over to the construction unit to build two roads in front and on the side of the house. According to Mr. Y Blo, when the State had a policy to build roads, he and many households enthusiastically responded. Although he knew that "an inch of land is an inch of gold", for the common benefit of the community and society, he was willing to contribute to make travel more convenient and the village more spacious.

Up to now, in addition to 10 roads in Dlung 1A and Dlung 1B villages that have been supported to upgrade and renovate with a total length of about 3,790 m, a total investment of 13.5 billion VND and people donating land, many other projects have also been implemented such as: Tran Hung Dao Street project with drainage system, sidewalks, urban tree planting, total investment of over 13.2 billion VND; Tran Hung Dao Street Lighting System project with a route length of 1.9 km, total investment of over 3.7 billion VND; Hung Vuong Street project with sidewalks, drainage system, total investment of 11.5 billion VND; The project to complete the construction of the Kli A Cultural Area and renovate and upgrade the Kli A water wharf has a total investment of 8.5 billion VND...
