Galaxy Z Fold7 price reduced by millions as soon as it was released in Vietnam

(Dan Tri) - About 2 weeks after its launch, the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 duo have officially hit the shelves in the Vietnamese market.

According to dealers, sales of this product line increased significantly compared to its predecessor during the initial launch period.

"The number of customers pre-ordering the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 foldable phones has grown by nearly 20% compared to last year. Of these, the Galaxy Z Fold7 remains the most popular choice, accounting for over 75% of total pre-orders," shared Mr. Nguyen Lac Huy, representative of CellphoneS.

The Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 have listed prices of 47 million VND and 29 million VND respectively for the 256GB version. However, users in Vietnam can access these products at a significantly lower price.

At many large retail chains, customers will receive a direct discount of 2 million VND on the product price. In addition, each chain implements different promotional programs, offering further discounts when paying via bank card or through "Trade-in - Upgrade" programs.

According to retailers, the Galaxy Z Fold7 has received more attention from domestic users. This year, the number of customers participating in the "Trade-in - Upgrade" program to upgrade their devices has also increased compared to previous years.

"The number of users participating in device upgrades accounts for up to 55% of the total deposits at the system. According to the plan, the Galaxy Z7 duo will play an important role in increasing smartphone sales in the upcoming third quarter," a representative of the Di Dong Viet system stated.

The Galaxy Z Fold7 stands out with its slim and lightweight design, measuring just 8.9mm when folded and 4.2mm when unfolded, and weighing only 215g. The display has also been significantly expanded, with a 6.5-inch outer screen and an 8-inch inner screen.

For the Galaxy Z Flip7, the highlight is its large 4.1-inch external display and expandable 6.9-inch internal display. It features a Samsung-developed Exynos 2500 chip, 12GB of RAM, and storage options of 256/512GB.
