At the briefing program, the 32nd Naval Squadron provided information on the maritime and island security situation and disseminated the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard, legal regulations on preventing and combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing; promoted the implementation of tasks involving the mobilization of personnel and vessels to protect maritime sovereignty ; coordinated with the Khanh Hoa Young Doctors Association to organize visits, medical examinations, and free medicine distribution for fishermen and policy beneficiary families; coordinated with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross, Cam Ranh City Youth Union, and Cam Ranh City Labor Federation to organize blood donation; visited and presented 250 gifts to policy beneficiary families and fishermen in difficult circumstances (each gift worth 1 million VND); and presented 15 gifts to offshore fishing vessels that comply well with the European Commission's IUU regulations.

This activity demonstrates the affection and responsibility of officers and soldiers of the Coast Guard in general, and the 32nd Naval Squadron in particular, towards fishing households, families of policy beneficiaries, and students who are children of fishermen facing difficult circumstances but striving to excel in their studies.
Medical personnel of Naval Brigade 32 participated in medical examinations and provided medicine to local fishermen.
At the same time, the program aims to strengthen military-civilian solidarity, reinforce patriotism and love for the sea and islands of the homeland; further promote the spirit of solidarity between officers and soldiers of the Vietnam Coast Guard and the people of Khanh Hoa province in building and firmly protecting the sovereignty, security, and safety of the sea and islands of the Fatherland; and to propagate, mobilize, support, and accompany fishermen in their fishing activities to ensure safety and compliance with the law.
