The 6th Congress of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation Trade Union, for the term (2023-2028), has the action program slogan: "Innovation, democracy, solidarity, development; accompanying the enterprise; for union members and workers; for the stability and strong development of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation".
The Vietnam Coffee Corporation Trade Union has always considered caring for the material and spiritual well-being and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members and workers as a central task throughout all its activities. This is clearly demonstrated through many practical action programs, especially in the context of the coffee industry facing numerous market fluctuations and natural disasters.

The total number of workers and employees (including those participating in social insurance and those working on a contract basis) is 25,688, of which 10,951 are female workers, 8,026 are contributing to social insurance, and 9,425 are union members, including 8,032 members who contribute to social insurance. The workers are primarily involved in the production of coffee, rice, rubber, and other crops.
The Corporation's Trade Union plays a core role in representing workers, negotiating, and signing collective labor agreements. Through the annual Workers' Conference held at the Corporation and its member units, the voices of workers are heard, and policies, wages, and bonuses are transparent.
One of the outstanding activities demonstrating profound humanitarianism is the program to support the construction and repair of "Trade Union Shelters" for union members in extremely difficult circumstances. Social welfare activities have been widely implemented, with practical programs such as "Tet Reunion," "Workers' Month," and "Thank You to Workers." The Trade Union has supported over 1,500 disadvantaged union members with more than 1 billion VND. In particular, the "Trade Union Shelter" program has built and repaired 16 houses for workers in extremely difficult circumstances, costing over 800 million VND.

During the new term, the Trade Union of Vietnam Coffee Corporation strives to recruit over 2,500 new members, and ensure that 100% of enterprises within the Corporation have a grassroots trade union organization.
Annually, 100% of businesses organize employee conferences, 100% of businesses have regulations on grassroots democracy, dialogue regulations, signed collective labor agreements, and regulations on coordinating activities between the business director and the corresponding Trade Union Executive Committee.
These practical activities demonstrate the indispensable role of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation Trade Union in caring for workers, creating strong bonds between the enterprise and its employees, and contributing to the sustainable development of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation.
