Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong has been appointed Deputy Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police.

On the morning of December 10th, the Bac Ninh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security regarding personnel matters.

Major General Bui Duy Hung, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police, presided over the ceremony. Also present were Major General Tran Xuan Anh, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Hung Yen Provincial Police, along with members of the Police Directors' Boards of Bac Ninh and Hung Yen provinces.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Ministry of Public Security , Major General Bui Duy Hung, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police, presented the decision to transfer Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong, Deputy Director of the Hung Yen Provincial Police, to take up the position of Deputy Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Bui Duy Hung congratulated the new Deputy Director and requested Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong to continue to develop his abilities, strengths, and work experience to work with the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police to build a clean and strong provincial police force; closely coordinate with all levels, sectors, and organizations to ensure political security and social order and safety, creating conditions to promote the economic and social development of the province.

Upon assuming his new duties, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong respectfully thanked and seriously accepted the directives of the Director of the Provincial Police Department and promised to continue building upon the achievements of the Provincial Police leadership team, further enhance the spirit of unity and cooperation with the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the entire Provincial Police force to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
