Attending the conference at Lam Dong bridge were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Department of Science and Technology; officers in charge of digital transformation, information technology and digital signatures of agencies and units.

At the grassroots points, the conference was attended by representatives of the Standing Party Committee, leaders of the People's Committee and specialized officers in digital transformation and information technology of 124 communes, wards and special zones.

At the conference, chaired by the leaders of the Department of Digital Authentication and Information Security, the conference focused on two main contents: Instructions on the registration process, using digital signatures for public service and answering questions related to renewal and information change for authorized organizations.

In addition, delegates were also provided with updated information on current regulations in the field of digital authentication and information security. Through training, it contributed to improving the effectiveness of digital signature application in directing, operating and processing work in the digital environment.

The conference is also an opportunity for localities to exchange and share experiences in the implementation process; thereby, unifying the perception and implementation methods among levels and sectors.

Through the training session, cadres, civil servants and public employees at localities also had a better understanding of the steps to implement and operate the specialized digital signature system for public service, contributing to ensuring legality, security and efficiency in administrative reform and digital transformation of localities.
