Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes and wards of Phu Quy special zone to closely monitor the bulletin on tropical depression, forecast and warn of heavy rain, risk of floods, inundation, flash floods, landslides. Thereby, timely and complete information for people to proactively prevent. Deploy shock forces to inspect and review coastal residential areas, streams, low-lying areas, at risk of floods, flash floods, landslides.

The aim is to proactively deploy response measures and minimize damage, especially in areas that have experienced heavy rain in recent days.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested the Provincial Civil Defense Command and localities to review and make full and accurate statistics of the damage caused by natural disasters in the recent past in the area. Timely use the budget reserve and local resources to proactively implement policies to support the affected subjects, especially the poor, disadvantaged households, policy families, and vulnerable subjects in accordance with regulations. Prepare forces and means to deploy rescue work when requested.
