Focus on speeding up the implementation of power source and grid projects in Bac Ninh province.

Specifically, it requires departments, agencies, localities, and investors of power generation and grid projects currently being implemented in Bac Ninh province to strictly implement the contents previously directed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; to fully comply with reporting requirements and proactively organize working sessions to thoroughly resolve difficulties and obstacles.

Bac Ninh Power Company is strengthening inspections and evaluations of the power projects and works under its management and operation to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

The Department of Industry and Trade emphasizes its role as the focal agency, regularly inspecting, urging, and requiring agencies, localities, and investors to focus on implementing assigned tasks to ensure that power generation and grid projects are implemented according to schedule. In addition, it will hold meetings with investors and relevant agencies and localities before September 15, 2025, to consider and resolve specific requests, proposals, and difficulties within its authority; urge investors to register project implementation progress and report on implementation results monthly; and promptly advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to work specifically on each project or group of projects with many complex and protracted difficulties and obstacles.

Departments and agencies: Finance; Construction; Agriculture and Environment; the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board; and the People's Committees of communes and wards should expedite the processing of administrative procedures for power generation and grid projects under implementation in the province within their jurisdiction, creating favorable conditions for projects to be completed and put into operation as soon as possible. At the same time, they should regularly monitor project progress and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles within their authority or recommend solutions to higher authorities.

The National Power Transmission Corporation, the Northern Power Corporation, and the Bac Ninh Power Company actively and proactively coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and localities during the implementation process; promptly report difficulties and obstacles to resolve them and minimize the time required to complete tasks, ensuring the project is energized and put into operation as soon as possible. At the same time, they are urgently completing administrative procedures as required and organizing the investment and construction immediately after land handover, ensuring project progress and promptly meeting the electricity needs of the province. They are proactively allocating capital and human resources to invest in and upgrade the power grid in the province, ensuring a safe and stable electricity supply for production and daily life.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested Bac Ninh Power Company to strengthen inspection and evaluation of the power projects and works under its management and operation to ensure the smooth and continuous supply of electricity for production, business, and daily life of people and businesses; and to minimize power outages.
