The campaign is in response to the call of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee calling on member organizations, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the whole province to actively respond and contribute according to their ability to join hands in spreading the spirit of mutual love and solidarity to the Cuban people.
