Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc affirmed: These are important industrial parks that need to be implemented quickly. The provincial leadership has also held many meetings to provide guidance, however, the progress of task implementation by departments, agencies, and localities is slow.
The provincial leaders requested the Provincial People's Committee Office to review and urge any units that have been instructed to carry out tasks but have not yet done so, demanding strict compliance. This includes proactively carrying out compensation and land clearance tasks for the construction of industrial parks to hand over the land to investors.
Simultaneously, issues such as drainage outside the boundaries of industrial parks and the construction of substations supplying electricity to these parks must also be implemented in a coordinated manner. Commencing the aforementioned industrial park projects by the end of the year is essential to meet the land lease demands of investors seeking opportunities in Dong Nai.
