During the recent National Day holiday on September 2nd, my friend Nguyen Hoang (from Ho Chi Minh City) took his entire three-generation family to Mui Ne for a vacation to make up for not having taken a trip all summer 2025. He chose the beautiful blue sea of ​​Lam Dong province because his parents, spouse, and children all love going to the beach to enjoy the cool breeze and, most importantly, to satisfy their cravings for the fresh and delicious seafood there.

As before, you choose a seaside restaurant, and the "appetizer" is still grilled sun-dried squid over charcoal for the whole family to enjoy while listening to the waves crashing on the shore. Although quite simple to prepare, the sun-dried squid, after being marinated in chili sauce and grilled over a moderate heat, always retains its delicious, naturally sweet and crispy flavor. So, my family and I had the opportunity to enjoy one of the world's best squid dishes right here in the beautiful coastal city of Lam Dong.
