According to Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company, this is to attract investment from partners and customers (secondary investors) to invest in and exploit commercial and service works in the project; at the same time, to carry out the following procedures for transferring commercial and service land lots in Dong Na Service Urban Area.
The commercial service land lots that this enterprise proposed to transfer include: 2,388.2m2 at land plot No. 77 (lot DV1), 5,625.9m2 at land plot No. 78 (lot KS), 425.4m2 at land plot No. 79 (lot DV6). These land lots were granted land use right certificates in 2021.
Currently, the Provincial People's Committee Office has sent an official dispatch to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment requesting this department to preside over and coordinate with relevant sectors to inspect and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve according to its authority and regulations.
