Soil moisture models indicate that some areas in the province are nearing saturation (over 85%) or have reached saturation. Meanwhile, forecasts for the morning of May 30th indicate continued thunderstorms and lightning in some areas. Accumulated rainfall in Phu Tho ranges from 1-30 mm, with some areas exceeding 50 mm.
