The National Assembly Standing Committee has just asked for National Assembly deputies' opinions on the selection of issues and people to answer questions at the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee proposed 3 groups of questions and respondents at the 9th session so that National Assembly deputies could choose 2 groups of questions to question at the session.

Specifically, the first group of issues is in the field of education and training. The questions include: the current situation and solutions for developing and improving the quality of university education associated with the requirements of training high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio -economic development.
Another content is the implementation of legal regulations on extra teaching and learning. Along with that is the work of ensuring a safe, healthy, and friendlyeducational environment; preventing school violence; and ensuring school safety and hygiene.
Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son is responsible for answering this group of questions. Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, ministers of Finance, Home Affairs, Health, Culture - Sports - Tourism, Science - Technology, and Public Security also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
Questioning the Minister of Finance on private economic development
Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang and a group of issues related to finance and private economic development were also proposed for questioning.

The second group of issues proposed for questioning is in the financial sector. The questioning contents include financial solutions for socio-economic development, ensuring growth targets, renewing old growth drivers, and establishing and promoting new growth drivers.
Along with that are solutions to improve the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises; solutions to support and promote the development of the private economy into the most important driving force of the economy; solutions to promote the attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI).
In addition, the question content also includes policies to promote and attract investment in the development of industrial parks and economic zones.
The person responsible for answering questions will be Finance Minister Nguyen Van Thang. Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc, ministers of Industry and Trade, Agriculture - Environment, Construction, Science - Technology, and Foreign Affairs will also participate in answering questions and explaining related issues.
Questioning the Minister of Science and Technology on the implementation of Resolution 57
The third proposed group of issues is the field of science and technology. The content of the questioning includes the implementation of Resolution 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

The question also includes solutions to promote digital transformation in state management and build digital government. Support for organizations, businesses, and people to improve digital skills and accelerate the digital transformation process.
Besides, there are mechanisms and policies to promote the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in state management activities.
Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung will be responsible for answering this group of questions. Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung, ministers of Finance, Home Affairs, Education and Training, Public Security, and the Head of the Government Office will also participate in answering questions and explaining related issues.
According to the announcement of the Secretary General of the National Assembly, the collection of opinions on selecting groups of questions for questioning must be done before 5:00 p.m. today, May 16.
Attached to the ballot, the National Assembly Standing Committee reported to delegates the plan to organize the question and answer session, with the total expected duration being one and a half days, from the afternoon of June 19 to the end of June 20, and broadcast live.
In addition to the two groups of questions from the two ministers and heads of sectors, at the end of the question-and-answer session, the Prime Minister or an authorized Deputy Prime Minister will answer questions from National Assembly deputies on issues related to the Government's operations.
During each interpellation, the National Assembly delegate shall raise a question for no more than 1 minute. The respondent shall answer each question for no more than 3 minutes.
National Assembly deputies have the right to debate with the person answering the question; each debate time shall not exceed 2 minutes.
