On his Fanpage, Den Vau stated that he had received a lot of information related to the "Nuoi Em" project. As a long-time supporter of this project, he felt it was his responsibility to share clear information.
Den Vau spoke about his relationship with the "Nuoi Em" (Feeding Children) team: "Den and his team participate as supporters, just like any other philanthropist. Every year, Den and his team still send funds to provide meals for children in mountainous areas participating in the Nuoi Em project. This is Den and his team's personal expense, not from the revenue of the song ' Cooking for Children '. Den (along with the entire team) is not a founder, does not participate in the management or operation, and does not decide how the project's budget is used."
Regarding the song " Cooking for You " and how the proceeds will be used for charity, Den said: "The 'Nurturing Children' project, and more specifically, the field trip with the 'Nurturing Children' team to the highlands to visit children... inspired me to write this song. All proceeds from this song will be donated to charity. Not only for the 'Nurturing Children' projects, but also for other programs of government agencies and the state."
The male artist also publicly announced the transfer of revenue from "Cooking for Children ."
“I understand the frustration and sadness you're feeling right now because, like everyone else, the donated money comes from the collective hard work of the entire team, and any mistakes (if any) are real. Broken trust is irreparable. However, before jumping to conclusions, we need to calm down and wait for a transparent and clear answer from the 'Nuoi Em' team. If any wrongdoing is confirmed by the authorities, I will support the thorough handling of the matter to protect the rights of the donors and, most importantly, the rights of the children,” Den Vau emphasized.

In recent days, many posts have appeared on social media questioning the financial transparency of the "Nuoi Em" project - a program connecting philanthropists to provide nutritious lunches and essential supplies for underprivileged children in remote and mountainous areas.

Responding to public concerns and questions, on the afternoon of December 7th, Mr. Hoang Hoa Trung, Head of the "Nurturing Children" project, posted an announcement on his personal page affirming his readiness to publicly disclose information and cooperate in clarifying all issues of public concern. The project representative committed to responding to all emails and requests for assistance within 24 business hours.
The "Nurturing Children" project, initiated in 2014 by the Faith Volunteer Group, aims to support disadvantaged children in mountainous regions through a "Build Schools - Provide Meals - Adopt" model. Over 11 years, the program has reached 21 provinces and cities in Northern, Central, and Central Highlands Vietnam, connecting "adopters" from all over to support more than 93,000 children.
