On the evening of October 28, on National Highway 20 through D'Ran Pass ( Lam Dong Province), serious landslides occurred in many locations, the most serious of which was in the Treo Bridge area, Km262+400.
Large amounts of rock and soil, along with pine trees, fell onto the road, disrupting traffic and posing a high risk of safety for people and vehicles.
At the scene, the landslide at the Treo Bridge had a crack about 5cm wide on the road surface, the road surface was warped and uneven.
According to feedback from groups of drivers, cars cannot move through landslide areas, stopping and waiting for the road to be cleared can increase the danger due to the risk of continued landslides, especially when heavy rain continues.
Driver groups on social networks have spread dangerous warnings.
