
Under the witness of the Minister of Health , the three parties agreed to coordinate the implementation of four key areas of cooperation, including: Teaching and training: Building programs and textbooks; exchanging lecturers, experts and students; Scientific research: Co-developing and implementing joint research projects, sharing results with all parties; Human resource development: Organizing training programs, improving capacity for lecturers, experts and medical staff; and Academic and community activities: Organizing seminars, scientific forums; supporting students through career guidance activities, internships, practice and recruitment connections.
The aim of the Cooperation is to improve the quality of training and research; at the same time optimize resources, contributing to strengthening the capacity of medical examination, treatment and health care in Vietnam.
In particular, Hanoi Medical University with more than a century of training and research, always playing a leading role in the Vietnamese medical industry will connect traditional knowledge with innovation, continuing to be the fulcrum for national health development. At the same time, the Medical University will coordinate with other parties to develop training content and materials, cooperate in scientific research, etc.
Vinmec - with a system of hospitals and clinics in many provinces and cities nationwide and an extensive international cooperation network, will take on the role of a modern clinical practice center, conduct large-scale research and realize training initiatives.
VinUni, with its elite academic foundation, modern research environment and global mindset, takes on the role of nurturing a generation of creative healthcare professionals with the capacity to integrate internationally.

Speaking at the event, Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan affirmed: “As the health management agency and the unit implementing Resolution 72, I affirm that today's signing between the three pillars of health is an important milestone, demonstrating the close coordination between the public and non-public sectors. This is a practical first step to improve the quality of health human resource training, towards a training system on par with the region and the world.”
The Minister expressed hope that in the future, Vietnam's medical training institutions will be present in prestigious global rankings, and affirmed to always accompany, direct and remove difficulties so that this cooperation can become a driving force to bring Vietnam's medical industry to international level.
Sharing about the tripartite cooperation - Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thi Thu Huong - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the University Council, Hanoi Medical University said: "The tripartite strategic cooperation agreement is one of the concrete steps to implement the Party's major policies on science - technology, education - training and public health care. When three leading medical - educational units join forces, the advantages of each party will be maximized. This is the key foundation to form a modern, internationally integrated medical model, bringing sustainable humanistic values to society".

Prof. Dr. Tran Trung Dung - General Director of Vinmec Healthcare System emphasized: "The cooperation between Vinmec, VinUni and Hanoi Medical University is an opportunity to connect the strength of training experience, academic foundation and modern clinical practice system, thereby forming a team of medical human resources with solid expertise, rich in innovative thinking and ready to apply advanced technology to serve the community".

In the coming period, the three parties will promote joint research groups on modern medical technology (AI, robots, big data), expand clinical internship opportunities at internationally standard facilities, and organize academic exchange programs, scientific forums and community activities.
The three-way strategic cooperation has special significance, going beyond the scope of training and research, aiming at the goal of building an international standard medical academic ecosystem right in Vietnam. This is the foundation for the development of a modern, internationally integrated healthcare system, contributing to improving the level of scientific research, the quality of medical examination and treatment and health care for the Vietnamese people.
