New destination for world-class events in the East of Hanoi

The plan to expand the center of Hanoi to the East is creating new development spaces, in which Ocean City stands out as a destination for large-scale events of regional and world stature.

That is the record of "The most crowded entertainment and shopping complex during the 2024 Lunar New Year" when nearly half a million people from all over the country came to attend the activities held during the 6 days of Tet holiday. Previously, the "Hoi An Tet market" took place from January 25 to February 8, and was also recognized as "The largest Spring Fair in Vietnam in 2024". Or the 2024 New Year music festival "The Greatest Show" attracted 160,000 people - a record number recorded at music festivals in the Northern region.

The continuous launch of new facilities and destinations is considered the secret to helping Ocean City constantly "heat up" and reach a peak in the number of visitors to events and festivals. For example, the launch of K-Town helped the "entertainment universe" Grand World attract more than half a million visitors during the April 30 and May 1 holidays. Immediately after that, a series of festivals with strong Korean cultural imprints such as Korea Travel Festa, K-Summer... also contributed to helping Grand World "reap" in the number of visitors. By the end of May 2024, Grand World had welcomed a total of nearly 5 million visitors.

Another factor triggering the explosion of the East of Hanoi

Honored by international media as “the most livable place on the planet”, Ocean City will continue to rise on the regional destination map with a series of blockbuster programs and events organized along with countless new experiences constantly being added.

Recently, Vingroup has signed a cooperation agreement with the Korea Tourism Organization to organize a series of events promoting Korean tourism and culture at K-Town... contributing to making this place the hottest tourist destination in the East of Hanoi as well as the whole North.

Along with that, on the commercial street of The Venice subdivision, European music performances, street circus, and fireworks every night continue to be maintained. The live show on the largest boat stage in Asia “The Grand Voyage” continues to be the highlight, helping Grand World in particular and Ocean City in general never lose their appeal in the eyes of tourists.

In particular, from mid-June, visitors to Ocean City will have more diverse choices when the Little Hong Kong Chinese Quarter has just officially opened at Vinhomes Ocean Park 2. Planned into 3 areas, Little Hong Kong will extend the journey of entertainment - dining - shopping experiences for visitors every time they come to Ocean City.

In particular, Kowloon is a unique service area, concentrating a series of homestays, cafes, hotels with professional services, spas, massages, saunas, hair salons, makeup, beauty salons... The bustling Lan Kwai Fong area is not inferior to the "original version" in Hong Kong. At night, this place will definitely be a vibrant nightlife meeting place when converging a series of bars, clubs... Meanwhile, the Tiem Sa Thuy area is shaped as a bustling shopping center, gathering a series of multi-style fashion stores and souvenir shops, décor...

At the same time, the first International Circus Festival in Vietnam has also opened at Vinhomes Ocean Park 2. The world-famous Anqing circus troupe will perform at the City of Light Square throughout June, promising to bring residents and visitors a world-class spiritual specialty.

The "wonders of the sea" still attract tens of thousands of tourists to have fun, experience and relax in Ocean City.
