Highlights of building clean and strong Party branches

Group 2, An Tuong Ward, has over 300 households and more than 1,000 residents; the Party branch has 83 members. The Party Committee and the village Party branch have proactively developed resolutions and implemented plans, assigning tasks to cadres and Party members responsible for each aspect of the work. The Party branch, the village Front Committee, and other organizations have intensified propaganda and mobilization efforts to ensure unity in implementing emulation movements that are appropriate to the practical conditions, ensuring effectiveness and practicality.

In leading the implementation of local political tasks, deeply imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teaching, "Even the easiest task cannot be accomplished without the people's support, but even the most difficult task can be completed with the people's participation," all village affairs are carried out openly and transparently by the Party branch. Cadres and Party members are pioneers and role models, and the people trust and follow suit in everything from economic development and environmental sanitation to building cultural families and participating in infrastructure development.

Comrade Do Xuan The, Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of the residential group, shared that in addition to promoting the role of each Party member, the Party branch focuses on consolidating and improving the quality of self-governance models such as the environmental sanitation self-governance group with 12 members, divided into 4 self-governance groups in 4 areas; the security and order self-governance group and joint crime prevention group with 11 members; and a mediation group with 7 members. These self-governance groups operate actively, contributing to the effective implementation of campaigns and movements in the residential group. For many years, the residential group has had no hotspots of social vices.

Furthermore, following directives from the Central Government, the province, and the city regarding fire prevention and control commitments, 100% of Party members' families and residents have now purchased fire extinguishers. The neighborhood also established a fire prevention team; and maintained the operation of 4 security cameras... Party Branch Secretary and Neighborhood Group Leader Do Xuan The shared: "The important thing is to have centralized and unified leadership within the Party branch committee, creating high consensus among Party members."

In every task implemented in the village, the Party branch prioritizes the interests of the people and emphasizes the exemplary role of leaders, officials, and Party members. As a result, the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings in the Party branch of residential area 2 has achieved very positive results. One of the most notable achievements is the dissemination of information and mobilization of the people in building a civilized urban lifestyle.

Mr. Bui Van Toan, a party member in the branch, shared: "Many party members in the branch are retired officials, so promoting the exemplary role of each party member must be taken seriously. In the branch, each party member always actively contributes ideas to build the branch's resolutions and leads the people in carrying out tasks. In addition, in the activities of the residential group, party members and their families always take the lead."

Currently, the neighborhood is constructing an electricity line and a flower-lined path leading to the community cultural center. Comrade and every party member in the branch are enthusiastically participating by contributing funds and mobilizing households in the area to beautify the surroundings so that the path becomes more attractive.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Hoai Phuong, Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee of An Tuong Ward, assessed: The Party cell of Group 2 has been at the forefront of local activities. It can be seen that the greatest success of the Party cell in recent years has been the building of unity and cohesion within the cell; and the consensus between the Party organization, the government, political and social organizations, and the people.

Furthermore, each official and Party member in the branch always understands the thoughts and aspirations of the people, knows how to absorb and listen to the people's opinions in order to formulate resolutions that are accurate, correct, and in line with the people's will; when implementing tasks, they always do a good job of mobilization and propaganda, demonstrating transparency and democracy. Through this, they have mobilized the people's strength in implementing local tasks.

The concrete, practical, and effective actions of the officials and Party members of residential group 2 have created firm confidence among the people in the leadership of the Party and the State, and in the decisions of the local government. This is a shining example of building a clean and strong Party branch within the ward's Party committee.
