Specifically, the Grade 10 entrance exam grading council will carry out the process of assigning codes to exam papers from June 3rd to 4th. Grading will begin on June 5th.
A leader from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training stated that all exam papers from candidates in Area 2 (formerly Binh Duong province) and Area 3 (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) will be brought to Area 1 (formerly Ho Chi Minh City) for grading. The Department is mobilizing teachers from all three areas to grade the exams in Area 1.
Examiners from regions 2 and 3 will be provided with accommodation and meals in region 1 to ensure they can fulfill their grading duties.
"Due to the large number of exam papers, the grading committee will organize grading at three different locations. All grading locations meet the requirements in terms of facilities and safety," a representative from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training stated.
The grading process is expected to take place from June 4th to June 9th, followed by tasks such as matching answer sheets, assigning scores, and cross-checking.
From June 10th to 12th, the education sector will focus on organizing the high school graduation exam, so the 10th grade exam results are expected to be announced after the high school graduation exam (i.e., after June 12th).
According to a quick report after the third exam session (Mathematics), 639 candidates across the city dropped out, representing a dropout rate of 0.42%. The invigilation process proceeded normally and smoothly; the exam papers were assessed as having no irregularities.
During the exam on the morning of June 2nd, three candidates experienced health problems and were taken to the medical room for care. However, they later returned to the exam room and continued to complete the exam as normal.
