Diem Thuy Industrial Park has a well-developed infrastructure, making it an attractive destination for investors.

As a citizen of Diem Thuy commune, Mr. Duong Van Hao expressed: "Diem Thuy is a newly established commune with many developing and expanding industrial zones and clusters. I hope that investment and expansion plans, as well as the process of selecting investors for the area, will be implemented quickly, contributing to promoting socio -economic development and creating jobs for workers in the commune and surrounding areas. This will also help avoid wasting existing land resources."

Following the merger, the economic landscape of Diem Thuy commune gradually brightened. The locality enjoys a very favorable geographical location and transportation infrastructure, including: National Highway 37 (5.4km), Ring Road V (4.8km), Provincial Roads 266 and 261 (7.8km), and over 56km of upgraded and expanded inter-commune and inter-hamlet roads.

Industrial zones and clusters in the area, such as Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park, Yen Binh 3 Industrial Park, and Diem Thuy Industrial Park, have attracted many domestic and foreign investors. Industrial development not only creates jobs for local workers but also drives demand for housing, services, and commerce, contributing to changes in the rural labor structure.

In addition, a series of urban areas and resettlement zones have been planned in a coordinated manner, promising to change the local landscape in the near future.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Dai, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Diem Thuy commune, said: Diem Thuy aims to become a comprehensively developed commune-level administrative unit in industry and handicrafts by 2030, and a key industrial hub of Thai Nguyen province. Therefore, from the very beginning of implementing the two-tiered government model, the commune has focused on three key breakthroughs: attracting investment; accelerating compensation and land clearance; and reforming administrative procedures.

With comprehensive planning, the consensus of the people, and the strong determination of the entire political system, Diem Thuy is gradually overcoming bottlenecks, firmly on its development path, and rightfully deserves to be a key industrial commune in the southern region of Thai Nguyen province.

Currently, Diem Thuy commune has 6 industrial zones with a total area of over 771 hectares, 3 industrial clusters with an area of over 137 hectares, and 23 planned residential areas, urban areas, and resettlement areas with a total area of nearly 335 hectares; 19 approved planning projects with a total area of over 284 hectares, including 4 areas currently under planning with an area of over 50 hectares. In addition, there are 9 residential area, urban area, and resettlement area projects that have been and are being implemented with a total area of over 67 hectares.
