Dien Ban proposes investment portfolio for 500-bed specialized hospital

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Dien Ban town requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province to consider and approve the investment portfolio of Dien Ban Regional Specialized Hospital in Dien Nam Trung ward to carry out procedures for selecting investors according to regulations.

Dien Ban Town People's Committee commits that during the process of adjusting the 1/5000 zoning plan of Phuong An Urban Area, it will update and implement more specific land use indicators at this location to be consistent with the provincial planning, general planning as well as facilitate the detailed planning work later.

Previously, the People's Committee of Dien Ban town submitted a document requesting the Provincial People's Committee and relevant sectors to consider adding to the list to carry out procedures to promote investment in a local specialized hospital with an area of ​​27,000m² and a scale of 500 beds.

The hospital investment project aims to meet the medical examination and treatment needs of people in the town and neighboring localities; especially people who need to use high-tech, specialized medical services in diseases related to cardiovascular - stroke, tropical medicine, geriatrics - nursing, and rehabilitation.
