At the same time, the press has oriented Dak Song district to overcome existing limitations, successfully implement socio-economic aspects, ensure national defense-security and social order in the coming time.
Over the years, Dak Song district has always paid attention, coordinated and been ready to create the best conditions for the press to work. Thereby, the district has built cooperation programs and plans, and a transparent and clear information provision regime for the press.
In particular, when there are important events or when the media needs to exchange or be provided with information, Dak Song district has organized press conferences and issued timely press releases to facilitate press and media work.
In addition, Dak Song district also publicizes media information, especially on hot issues that people are interested in. From there, promote the spirit of democracy and create social consensus.
Dak Song District identifies media and press as important channels in detecting incidents and issues of public and social concern, helping the local Party Committee and government to effectively manage their work, contributing to correcting the responsibilities and attitudes of officials and civil servants in the process of performing public duties.
The forum also received many comments from representatives of departments, branches, and commune authorities about the contributions of the press to the locality, and the shortcomings and limitations in the work of some reporters from newspapers and magazines.
Reporters and journalists participating in the Forum also requested Dak Song district to pay more attention to implementing regulations on speaking and providing information to the press, creating favorable conditions for reporters to work.
Speaking at the Forum, Comrade K'Thanh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Song District People's Council, thanked the press for accompanying the locality in the past time. At the same time, he hoped that press agencies, journalists, and reporters would continue to have many good articles, contributing to communicating policies, events, orienting public opinion, and spreading positive aspects.
In the coming time, the district will coordinate more closely with news agencies and press in information and communication work.
The forum also discussed and organized the signing of a propaganda coordination program between press agencies and Dak Song district.
