According to the proposal of the Vietnam Railway Authority, the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau terminus is expected to be located in the Cu Lao Ben Dinh area (Vung Tau City), within the approved planning corridor. The adjusted route is about 2.1km long, running parallel to 30/4 Street, then turning into the station. The section passing through the 129th Fleet area is designed to be elevated, 1.86km long, close to the barracks fence to minimize the impact on defense land and existing structures; the determination of clearance will be coordinated with the military unit to ensure technical requirements.

The terminal station is expected to be 1.45km long, 71.2-113.5m wide, with a total area of 14.03ha. Inside, functional areas are arranged such as: passenger pick-up/drop-off area, station (including offices and functional departments), square, parking lot, overnight train parking lot combined with facilities for inspection, preparation, and maintenance of EMU trains (up to minor repairs). The approach road to the station is a planned route about 100m wide, connecting to 30/4 Street.

The Provincial People's Committee also agreed not to invest in a specialized airport in Go Gang, to maintain the scale and function of the existing Vung Tau airport and to propose updating it in the adjustment of the Provincial Planning.

Mr. Le Ngoc Khanh requested the parties to continue reviewing and finalizing the plan to ensure planning synchronization, investment efficiency and least negative impact on the community. The project is expected to enhance transport infrastructure connectivity, supporting regional socio -economic development.
