On the afternoon of November 17th, in an exchange with a VietNamNet reporter, the leader of the Education and Training Department of Chau Duc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, confirmed that the Chairman of the District People's Committee had issued a decision to transfer Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang, Principal of Hoa Dao Kindergarten, to the position of Principal of Anh Duong Kindergarten.

Ms. Hang replaced her predecessor, Ms. Phan Thi Han Hue, whose resignation was granted at her own request on November 6th.

As reported, recently, a controversy arose at Anh Duong Kindergarten regarding teachers' meals costing "30,000 VND but containing only two pieces of sausage," causing a public outcry.

On September 19th, during a dialogue with the Chairman of Chau Duc District, many teachers broke down in tears when talking about the meager meals provided, stating that they didn't dare speak out for fear of retaliation.

Subsequently, the District Inspectorate decided to conduct a comprehensive inspection of this kindergarten.

According to the inspection report, the school's operations revealed numerous shortcomings and deficiencies regarding the implementation of democratic regulations, income increase policies, labor contract implementation, and financial transparency.

Therefore, the Inspectorate recommended that the principal definitively address the shortcomings and deficiencies, and that the District Chairman hold Ms. Hue accountable in her role as principal, along with other related individuals.

However, before the inspection concluded, in mid-October, Ms. Hue submitted a resignation letter citing health reasons. Ms. Hue also admitted to shortcomings in her leadership and management, which caused internal disunity.
