Representatives of the victims temporarily residing at house number 5C respectfully thanked the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and the City authorities for their concern and care for the people during the time of disaster; at the same time, recommended that the City take measures to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety for the people.

The fire at mini apartment building No. 37, alley 29/70, Khuong Ha street occurred at 11:50 p.m., September 12. The house has an area of about 200 square meters, 9 floors high, 1 attic, and is home to about 150 people.

Immediately after receiving information about the fire, City leaders, City Police and Thanh Xuan District were present at the scene and directed and implemented rescue plans.
