Dinh Bac admits that U23 Vietnam needs to improve finishing, not afraid of the "fire pan" Bung Karno

TPO - Striker Nguyen Dinh Bac said he and his teammates will have to improve their scoring skills, but is confident that U23 Vietnam will defeat U23 Indonesia in the final match of the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 tournament, taking place on July 29 at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.

“VAR will help make the match fairer for both teams, especially with the importance of the final match. We will try our best to win,” said striker Nguyen Dinh Bac before the U23 Vietnam team’s training session on the afternoon of July 27 in Jakarta. A member of the U23 Vietnam coaching staff also said they were waiting for an official announcement from the host country.

In preparation for the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 final match against Indonesia U23 on July 29, the Vietnam U23 team has returned to training. Coach Kim Sang-sik has had the players assemble the squad, practice attacking moves, and perfect their defense.

The strikers in the forward line also received special attention from Mr. Kim Sang-sik. In the last three matches, U23 Vietnam played well but the attack wasted many opportunities. This made U23 Vietnam's victories somewhat thrilling until the last minute.

Nguyen Dinh Bac admitted that he and his teammates need to improve their scoring skills. However, the young striker of Hanoi Police said that the team is in a relaxed and confident spirit.

Therefore, although U23 Indonesia is considered a strong opponent with many quality players, U23 Vietnam is not afraid and is ready to overcome the pressure of the "fiery pan" Gelora Bung Karno to defeat the opponent.
